Information about PRAGUE Prague is one of the few central European cities that survived the second world war without the destruction of all the monuments. After the fall of the iron curtain Prague teamed up with the rest of Europe at a remarkable speed. As a result it has become the most expensive city in eastern Europe, but it's still a lot cheaper than most of Western Europe.
